Fishing Report: Late winter weather continues to cool things off for typical spring fishing. Look for rising fish in the slower waters at the end of riffles along the transitions to the deeper pools. Fish streamers slowly or on a dead drift. Things should pick up with the warmer weather coming on next week. Fisher River run-off is beginning to increase adding some color to the upper Kootenai.
