We were fortunate to have Myers Reece and Greg Lindstrom out to Kootenai Angler this past October for an article aimed to be published in The Drake Magazine. I gotta say, they did a fantastic job characterizing the Kootenai River and all that this fishery has gone through. With all the obstacles we’ve faced on the Kootenai River, it still remains to be among the best in Montana. And, looking back at the 2015 fishing season, we’re really hitting our stride.
