Kootenai River Flow: 8,000 Cubic Feet per second 8 foot visibility, 45 degrees. Minimum flow

Koocanusa Inflow: 8,700 cfs

Hatches: Little Blue Quills, Midges, Silver Stripe Caddis, Western March Brown, Grannon Caddis, Olive Stones

Effective Patterns 

Dry: BWO, midge pupa, small parachute adams, tan stimulator, tan chubby, Red Quill, Purple Haze, Olive Chubby

Nymph and Streamers: Da Bomb, Beadhead Prince, Pheasant Tail, Stones and Midge Pupa, Soft Hackles. Black/Olive Conehead Wooly Buggers, Sculpins, Pat’s Rubber Legs.

Fishing Report: The river is going to hold at 8kcfs until further notice. Outflows from Fisher and Libby creek are uneventful on the water clarity with the increase in flows.
